Love the fact that the lip balm is 100% natural ingredients. It feels very soft and moisturizing on the lips. Ordered the 7 piece sample pack to give as stocking stuffers. Tried three of the seven and sadly they had already lost their scent but that could’ve been due to receiving the shipment during the July heatwave. Five stars also for the great customer service! They were very thoughtful and included a cute Balmer chapstick holder, plus a Balmer decal with the order, which also happens to be our last name. Thank you so much for including them! So glad we found the Balmer lip balm products!
